DJ events are booked and scheduled for specific dates and times, any change to a date or start time must be confirmed by emailing  Deposit is required to book a date.  Cancellation of event results in loss of date.  Change of date will require in loss of deposit for that date and a new deposit will be required unless otherwise discussed.  The reason for this policy is once you book a date we decline other offers on that date since we are booked which results in a loss of money for us if you move your date.  Set up and break down are always included in the quote and will never result in a charge for you.  Any other questions please email.



All inflatable rentals are rented on a sales final basis, this means if it rains on the day that you rented the inflatable, or, if the inflatable that you rented is damaged and unusable on the date that you rented, a replacement date may be scheduled (subject to availability), or a different inflatable will be offered on the date of rental.  We offer no refunds.  NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN, ON, OR AROUND THE INFLATABLES.  Individuals renting the inflatable’s understand that they agree that neither Up Next Entertainment, nor any individual associated therein can be held liable for injuries, damages, or illnesses in association with our inflatable’s and that the renter is responsible to pay for any damages to the inflatable up to $1,000.00.  Up Next Entertainment holds no insurance policy to cover injuries or damages that occur while said inflatable is not in our possession, by renting and accepting the inflatable, any injury, damage, or illness would fall on your insurance as the inflatable is not in our possession and is not being monitored by Up Next Entertainment.

Vendor Events 

All vendor booths are paid for on a sales final basis.  We offer no refunds.  If you are unable to attend the event on the date that you have paid for this will result in a forfeiture of the vendor event booth fee.  WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS.  If an event is scheduled to be held outside and is rained out, there are no refunds.  All businesses are required to either provide proof of or purchase a vendor license for the city from which the event is being hosted.  If there is some extenuating circumstance that we have discussed at least a week in advance of the event there may be an opportunity to switch the date to another date, or, you can sell your spot to another business, if this applies to you please email

In the RARE event that we do offer a refund, please remember, we are a small business, that being said we will refund your purchase price within 30 days of your request either by check or through your PayPal account.  We appreciate your understanding on this.
